We inhale more toxic chemicals through our breathing each day than we do by drinking water, especially when we shower. The Spring Fresh®Chlorine Reduction Shower Filter Model: SF-100 combines the patented Aquaspace® Compound and KDF® Technology, together reduce chlorine, which causes dry, itchy skin and attacks your hair, giving you the most aesthetically pleasing shower on the market today.
This system easily cleans 12,000 gallons of water. The filter cartridge is replaceable so you'll never need to buy a new system.

The Aquaspace® Compound has been tested and certified by the National Testing Laboratories for the reduction of organic, industrial, and agricultural pollutants including Chlorine, Chloroform, Chloramine, herbicides, pesticides, and heavy metals such as lead. In addition, Aquaspace removes unpleasant colors, tastes, odors, sediment and turbidity. It does not remove beneficial dissolved minerals that are essential for good health. KDF is bacteria-static and effective in the reduction of chlorine.This compound is different from typical Carbon compounds and is made from copper and zinc. It can eliminate certain heavy metals, such as lead, iron, hydrogen sulfate, mercury and chlorine. KDF can electrochemically alter harmful particles, thus making them safe for human skin (the actual water) and lung cells (the steam from a hot shower). Another benefit of KDF tech is that it prevents mold, fungus and lime from accumulating in the shower. This technology can combine well with other filtering systems in place. |
