How can I return or exchange my order?
Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AQUASPACE. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it (unused) within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines.
For additional assistance, you can call 1-800-319 -6776 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET) and one of our Customer Care Representatives will be glad to recommend alternative return options. Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process your return or refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call. Freight is not subject to refund and it is the customers responsibility to return the unused product in re-sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply if after 30 days.
Standard Shipping Fee Refund: If customer returns an item due to an error on our part, for example incorrect item, damaged or defective, we will reimburse the customer for standard shipping charges.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) weight and dimensions and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
For large or specialty orders, and select countries, Shipping and Handling charges are subject to change. We may contact you with a revised shipping total and request for authorization to charge the revised total.

International
US Postal Services, (7-21 business days)
Most items may be shipped via US Postal Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 10-14 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.
IMPORTANT: International Customers may be liable for any additional duties and taxes. Customers may also need to be present or provide signature at time of delivery, depending on your domestic Postal Service policies. If delivery can’t be completed, customers will be responsible for contacting their local post office to pick up their package. If the package is not picked up in time it may be marked "return to sender" according to your country’s international mailing policies. If the package is indeed returned to us, the customer will be liable for any additional re-shipping costs.
